Initial forms

• Please take the time to fill out our online forms before your appointment. The link will be emailed to you upon booking your appointment. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to complete the forms.  Your first visit will probably last 30-45 minutes.

Consult, history & exam

• We will then go over your history and then you’ll receive a complete chiropractic examination. The exam will include vitals, a postural analysis, motion and static palpation, computerized sEMG and Thermography scans.  This helps the doctors in understanding the cause of your health concerns/challenge(s) and to create your Personalized Care Plan.

  • Thermography

    • The thermography scanner scans the spine using infrared technology to create a thermographic image, which identifies areas of poor autonomic nerve regulation.

    • Thermographic scanning detects patterns of unbalanced temperature regulation. In less than 30 seconds, a full spine scan provides invaluable information on how spinal stress can trigger deeper health issues.

    • It measures the autonomic spinal nerve control of organs, glands and vessels.

  • Surface EMG

    • The surface EMG accurately measures spinal muscle tone showing how exhausting postural shifts and misalignments can be.

    • It pinpoints overactive or exhausted neuromuscular areas from the energy your body expends being seated.

• AcuGraph

  • We use AcuGraph technology to obtain real-time insight into your meridian energetics. AcuGraph measures electrical skin resistance, using small voltage where the patient can’t feel. The measurements are captured, digitized, and interpreted by our advanced, patented software algorithms to provide unparalleled accuracy and insight. This 2 minute exam measures electrical skin resistance at representative acupuncture points. It gives us real time insight into what your meridian energetics looks like! This way we can give you the best treatment points and care possible. 

  • It even gives a P.I.E. (Personal Integrated Energetic) score which is a statistical summary of your overall energetic balance. The PIE score helps you understand how balanced your meridians are, and how they are changing with each Acupuncture session. 

 

Adjustment

• At this time you will be checked for vertebral misalignments and receive an adjustment. That’s it! At Integrated we fully believe in the power of the adjustment and healthy choices to help you live to your fullest potential.
