New Patient

Too many people come to us after trying everything else. Medication, injections, etc. only to feel relief for a few days before the pain creeps back. That's because those approaches treat symptoms, not the structure and function underneath them

We take a different approach. Every visit starts with really listening to what's going on in your life. Not just where it hurts, but how it's affecting your work, your sleep, your golf game, or your ability to keep up with your kids. From there, we build a clear, honest care plan using the therapies that fit your body and your goals, and we track your progress together so you always know where you stand.

This isn't about coming in forever. It's about giving your body what it needs to function well and supporting you in staying that way.

What to expect on your first visit at Integrated

Initial Forms

Please take the time to fill out our online forms before your appointment. The link will be emailed to you upon booking your appointment. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to complete the forms. Your first visit will probably last 30-45 minutes.

Consult, History & Exam

We will then go over your history and then you'll receive a complete chiropractic examination. The exam will include vitals, a postural analysis, and motion and static palpation. This helps the doctors in understanding the cause of your health concerns/challenge(s) and to create your Personalized Care Plan

PostureScreen

We use PostureScreen®, a patented, research-validated posture analysis system, to objectively measure your alignment. Using AI-assisted imaging, we capture precise measurements of head, shoulder, ribcage, and hip position, giving us a clear, measurable picture of how your posture is affecting your spine, and a baseline we can compare against at every follow-up visit to track your progress.

Adjustment

At this time you will be checked for vertebral misalignments and receive an adjustment. That's it! At Integrated we fully believe in the power of the adjustment and healthy choices to help you live to your fullest potential

What to Expect for StemWave at Integrated

Initial visit: your mapping session

Your first StemWave visit is a mapping session. Rather than guessing where your pain is coming from, we use the StemWave device itself as a diagnostic tool, passing focused acoustic waves over the affected area to precisely locate the inflamed or damaged tissue that's driving your pain. As we move across the area, your feedback on where the sensation is most noticeable helps us pinpoint the exact tissue to target, giving us a far more precise starting point than a standard exam alone.

What it's doing:

StemWave uses patented PACE® focused acoustic wave technology to deliver mechanical energy deep into tissue (up to about 12 cm), stimulating cellular repair processes, improving local blood circulation, and helping your body respond to and heal the affected area, all without needles, drugs, or downtime.

What to expect:

The mapping portion takes just a few minutes. You'll feel a light tapping or pulsing sensation as the wand passes over the area, it's not painful, but you'll likely notice it's more sensitive directly over the problem area. Once we've mapped the tissue, we move straight into treatment during that same visit, so your first appointment covers both diagnosis and your first dose of therapy. Total visit time is typically 30 minutes.

Many patients notice some improvement in pain or movement within minutes of their first session. Because StemWave works with your body's own healing response, results build with each visit, so we'll recommend a short series of follow-up sessions based on what we find during your mapping visit.

No downtime. You can resume normal activity right after your appointment.

What to Expect for Acupuncture at Integrated

Initial Forms

If this is your first acupuncture visit, please complete our online intake forms before your appointment. The link is emailed to you upon booking. If you're unable to complete them ahead of time, please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Consult & AcuGraph Assessment

We'll start with a brief consult about your health history and current concerns. Then we use AcuGraph technology to get a real-time read on your meridian energetics.

AcuGraph measures electrical skin resistance at representative acupuncture points using a small, painless voltage. The readings are captured and interpreted by advanced, patented software to give us an accurate picture of your energetic balance, so we can select the most effective treatment points for you.

This also gives you a P.I.E. (Personal Integrated Energetic) score, a summary of your overall energetic balance that we can track and compare session to session.

Needling & treatment

Based on your AcuGraph results and consult, we select your treatment points and insert hair-thin, sterile, single-use needles. Most patients feel little to no discomfort, just a brief pinch or a sensation of pressure. You'll then rest with the needles in place for about 20-30 minutes while your body responds to treatment.

After your session

Mild soreness, relaxation, or a burst of energy are all normal after treatment. We recommend drinking plenty water afterward (half your body weight in ounces for the day). Acupuncture's benefits are cumulative, so we'll talk with you about a treatment plan and cadence that fits your goals.
